Stud Groom Position Available
Join our team at a Te Awamutu-based thoroughbred farm, focusing on horse care and management across winter, the upcoming breeding season, and summer months.
Roles vary, from immediate horse care to support during the breeding season and Karaka Yearling Sales prep (November to early February).
Prior horse experience is preferred, but not essential -we're open to training enthusiastic learners.
Opportunities include apprenticeships and NZQA recognised breeding courses.
This is an opportunity to work outdoors, develop a strong work ethic, and gain transferable skills that could lead to a rewarding career in our horse breeding industry.
Ideal for motivated individuals based in the Te Awamutu/Cambridge area.
On-farm accommodation may be available or arranged for the right candidate.

Good Labouring Skills required
We are seeking a suitable person to fill a casual labouring position on our horse breeding farm six minutes from Te Awamutu.
The role involves stable cleaning and filling (we use a kanga), water blasting and general labouring etc.
A suitable applicant will have good practical skills, good experience with farm machinery , good energy, a full drivers licence and flexibility to work hours required for each project, throughout the year.
Good remuneration is paid.
