The John Thompson-trained First Seal (Fastnet Rock) is making good progress ahead of her intended return in a barrier trial at Randwick on Friday week.
The five-year-old mare, who took out the Flight Stakes (Gr.1, 1600m) in October 2014, has not been seen since finishing 12th in the Doncaster Mile (Gr.1, 1600m) in April.
